Okay the tropics are known for their heavy rains right? 
So they always have a lot of precipitation. And because of that there is a lot of Vegetation( or plants ) Also moist climates for tropical creatures to live in. The ground is full of nutrients year round that help the plants grow:)

We cannot live without water. Saving water helps to preserve our environment. It reduces the energy required to process and deliver water, which helps in reducing pollution and in conserving fuel resources. Saving water now means having water available in the future for recreational purposes, too.

<span>Fresh, clean water is a limited resource. While most of the planet is covered in water, it is salt water that can only be consumed by humans and other species after undergoing desalination, which is an expensive process.
