The potential contributions of all response partners to delivering core capabilities during incident response should be incorporated into planning efforts is a TRUE statement.

Explanation:

Working on the core competence at the optimum level make every work successful if it is worked as per the plan. Core competency capabilities are situational assessment, mass care assessment etc. are part of it. The effective response depends on the whole integration of community and partners completing their roles and responsibilities.

Staffs need to be considered who own pets and also affected by incidents and as potential means of "supporting response efforts". There are many elements in the community which provoke the roles to develop core competence which was required for the incidents to responded.

andrey2020 [161]

Answer:

This is a very hard question to answer without more information. However, nowadays people smoke less and less and smoking in common areas is forbidden and frowned upon. Assuming Judy is the host, she could be more or less permissive on the kind of party she was hosting, the age and background of the attendants, how close she was to Don, whether she smoked or not, and other factors. But, out of respect for non smoking guests I'm guessing she would ask Don to put out his cigarette before coming in, as it could bother other guests.
