How people work, how much gets done, the efficiency of the workplace, and the overall numbers and ratings all began with work ethic. If an individual has bad work ethic, the company will not be able to work efficiently and will eventually fail.On the other hand, if the individual has a good work ethic, which includes a positive attitude, the company will be able to succeed, and be able to keep up with other companies in the same industry.
