The status of the Cherokee Native Americans today is that as of today, the Cherokee Nation is seen to  be the biggest tribe in the United States as they have more than 430,000 tribal citizens all over the world. More than 141,000 Cherokee Nation people are known to stay inside the tribe's reservation boundaries that can be found in northeastern Oklahoma.

The Cherokee men and women are known to be people that functions in their respective responsibilities

Note that the Cherokee men were said to be in charge of hunting, war, as well as diplomacy and also make political decisions.

The Cherokee women were seen to be in charge of farming, property, as well as their family. Men made  for the tribe, and women made social decisions for the clans.
