Answer: It represents Keyword Method

Explanation:

Keyword method is one of the mnemonic methods, an highly effective system, which is used purposely for memorization of meaning a vocabulary words encompass/entail. This helps people to recall definition by visualizing memory via a sound like word. More so, it also helps in linking of words or information to one's memory.

In this case, her name is Jane Frostig and the person wanted to recall her last name with a sound like word -- frosting, because the person imagined that she has chocolate frosting spread across her forehead.

Answer:

The correct answer is:

Imagery and visualization.

Explanation:

A mnemonic method is a strategy used in order to be able to remember easily about a fact or event by relating it with something else that it would be better for our brain to recall when necessary.

There are different kinds of mnemonic methods used to create a relationship among the things that we need to remember and their representations or related objects and events. Some of the most common mnemonic techniques used to recall certain information are acronyms, spelling, music and images as it is the case of the mentioned last name "Frosting" that is related with the image of a chocolate frosting spread across the forehead of the name holder.

Dr. Rogers meets one of his students at a local shopping mall and he cannot recall her name. However, when he sees her in class
LiRa [457]

Answer: Cue-dependent forgetting

Explanation: Cue-dependent forgetting could be explained as a type of memory failure whereby an individual fails to recall an information from memory due to the absence of the stimulus or cue used or present at the time of encoding the information.

In the scenario above, Dr. Roger's is unable to remember or recall the name of his student most probably due to the fact that the stimulus present at the time of encoding the students name in memory isn't available, thus cue is probably the classroom environment, which explains why she immediately recalls the student's name when he sees her in class.

Isn't it a bit ironic that executives found guilty of criminal activity could serve less time in prison if their firm has develo
lisov135 [29]

Answer? 1) Yes, it is a bit ironic. If a company has an Ethics program that's comprehensive enough, executives should not have to be caught in business criminal activities.

2.) First let's talk about Ethics programs. These are basically programs that embody the business philosophies of a company such that every stakeholder understand how business is run in the company. It basically defines to employees, staff, investors, vendors and customers the rules of Business Ethics as defined by the firm, from the maximum amount of tips to collect from customers to how intimate employees get with clients so that there's no confusion. Now, all this is to clarify but the question here is how effective was the program if criminal activity was discovered? It's simple. The most comprehensive Ethics programs can't control human circumstantial behaviour. As clear as rules may be, they are always still broken. And this is because, with humans, there an infinite number of things to put into consideration, most of which won't always follow rules. One may be 100% compliant with said rules but find themselves weak to give in at some point for any possible reason the person deemed more important than upholding the companies ethics. In other words, these rules are held by the people it binds and the delivery will always be subjective. Whenever it is deemed unfavorable to uphold, it most likely will be dropped.

Therefore, it might have been the most effective and comprehensive Ethics program in the world but only as effective as the executives demmed it subjectively.

Using complete sentences compare and contrast prehistoric law and current laws today.
Olegator [25]
There are so little evidences of what lives were during the prehistoric era. Most of our sources come from the biological and archaeological evidences gathered by different people. However, it is quite clear that the lives of people before were entirely depending on thinking that good is rewarded by a heavenly entity. This is very different from the laws today because of our aim to be more logical in decision making, etc.
