1) Hatshepsut was described as a powerful and intelligent Pharaoh. she, later on, dressed up like a Pharaoh in order for people to accept her as one. She had herself portrayed in pictures as a man, with a male body and a false beard.

1b) She became the co-ruler of Egypt around 1473 B.C. As pharaoh, Hatshepsut extended Egyptian trade and oversaw ambitious building projects, most notably the Temple of Deir el-Bahri, located in western Thebes.
