There are two ways to write this number:

The Standard form and the Expanded Form.

The Standard form of the above number is 119,000,003

The Expanded form (this is where place values are shown) of the above number is: .

1 x 100,000,000 + 1 x 10,000,000 + 9 x 1,000,000 + 0 x 100,000 + 0 x 10,000 + 0 x 1,000 + 0 x 100 + 0 x 10 + 3 x 1

or as written

1 hundred million and 1 ten million and 9 one million and 0 hundred thousands and 0 ten thousands and 0 one thousands and 0 hundreds and 0 tens and 3 ones.

As you can see in the expanded form, the hidden place values are presented.

Elis [28]

Answer:

One morning, I woke up and thought to do something instead of sitting around. I had gotten a message from my best friend saying that a new haunted house was open. I told him that I'd go. Once we got there, no one was there. It started raining. We went inside and heard footsteps. I didn't know what it was because again, there was no one there. After a little bit of investigating, I found out that there was a box under a wooden plank near the footsteps. I opened the box, only to see a picture. In a split second, my friend was on the ground, grappling a mysterious creature. I said that we had to leave immediately, and not try to fight. He refused. He managed to throw the creature in a locker as we ran as fast as we could away from that house. When we arrived at my place, we observed the picture more closely. I will never forget this image.

What would you say is the principle means of characterization employed by the author? (1 point) Romeo and Juliet emotions though
SOVA2 [1]
I would say that the principle means of characterization employed by the author is dialogue. Since Romeo and Juliet is a play, everything we know actually comes from the conversations, be it a dialogue, or a monologue.
