why does the Central intelligence agency have more freedom of action than that of other federal agencies
puteri [66]
The answer is: (A) Both its budget and operations are secret

When compared to any other federal agency, we will find that both the budget and the operations of the Central Intelligence Agency are top secret. That's why it has more freedom compared to other agencies.
The operations of the CIA are usually monitored by the radar of the government where these operations are top secret and highly exclusive.

Outline the veto process for a bill
Alex777 [14]
Hi there!

The Veto process for a bill is when a the congress want's to make a law, and the president does not want/have to sign. This could be because the president may not agree with the Congress. However, the Congress can override the veto, if more than 2/3 of the house is voted for it to become a law. Then, and then only, can it become a law, without the president's signature.

I know this answer is late! But i hope it helps!
