How did Vietnam's independence movement differ from Korea's?

Vietnam was a French colony fighting for it's independence and the 2 Korean nations arose after WW2. Korea was originally one nation but controlled by Imperial Japan. The USSR took the north and the Allies the south after WW2. Korean War is still unresolved and Communist Vietnam (North) won and still rules.

One advantage of having representation from districts within a state is that it allows for each of the smaller districts views to be expressed. This is important because i representative of a mostly city district near the mountians is not likely to know what a rural district needs.

Likewise with any modern insurgency, it was the same in the United States of America, a country that was prospering at the  times and firmly building up, that there would be another class of specialists who needed to do the modest assignments noone else needed to do yet were required to be done on the off chance that they needed to have an effective industrializaiton of their nation.  

Therefore the appropriate response is the average workers.
