Start with one hobby that makes you truly happy or one of your proudest accomplishment. Or you could start with only the beginning of a trauma that you went though.

I don’t believe people have kindness or a sense to help in them for anyone. I don't believe in my mental state. It’s hard to continue doing the things that I do/deal with day in and day out. It's so hard to continue doing something for nothing. So hard to continue breathing. For eight long years. To get up everyday to the same BS. I don’t believe in anything besides God, His angels and devils, and death."
