it could if god leted it but the world controls the sun and the moon while it moves slow slow and more slowly , but god doesn't let the world do that so it would be a maybe but in this case 2020 its a no.

In order to stop time you would need enough energy, the speed of light is a example. Aslo if time stopped so would light and sound so you would be in a frozen soundless space. You wouldn't be able to comprehend what was happening around you.
