Question 2

Stanley Milligram's experiment is based on the effect of authority in obedience. He posited that obedience is based on the proximity of the victim, the legitimacy of the authority giving the order, the ability to take responsibility by the authority in the case of any harm to the victim and capacity of the authority to punish in the case of disobedience.

He was able to identify special situational determinants of disobedience. He found out that the level of submission/obedience to authority is dependent on the situation at the time. He concluded that people tend to obey authority out of fear and the desire to appear submissive and loyal.  The experiment demonstrated people's reluctance in confronting and accusing those who abuse power.

What is the meaning of rise in the level of taxation by the government due to mixed economic system
zlopas [31]

Answer:

One of the main consequences of any mixed economic system is, necessarily, raising taxes in order to finance the greater presence of the government in the economy and the needs of society.

Thus, by actively participating in the economy, both at the micro and macro levels, the government needs greater amounts of money in order to insert it into the different sectors of the economy in which it participates, which is why it requires greater financing, which arises mainly from taxes.

Why did the gap between rich ans poor in Latin America grow after independence.
Bad White [126]
In a way, it's always easier to increase this gap than to diminish it, so if no measures are taken, this will be the result. In the case of Latin America two factors specifically came into play, but not the only: the rich became even richer, as they purchased and owned more and more land, and the poor needed credits to survive, so they ended up with huge debts.
