In numeric filing system, the file use numbers as an identifier for the patient. Using number as an identifier means that the file does not put your name or company name on the heading , which will provide more confidentiality
It's best to start CPR because the ambulance wouldnt make it as quick as to where you would already be at the scene. But someone could always call 911 while you do CPR.
