Some people struggle keeping a healthy body weight because of eating disorders, emotional eating, glandular problems, metabolisms that are either too fast or too slow, and because of lifestyles that impede them from getting much physical activity (like working in an office all day and spending all your time sitting down doing work).

the same of for a BMI of under 18 meaning you are underweight. people who are underweight are at risk for bone loss, weak immune system, infertility, cardiac (heart) problems, and much more<span />
