The rectangle has dimensions:length=38ft and width=20ft

The triangle has dimensions:base=33ft and height=9ft

Area of rectangle=length*width of rectangle

Area of triangle=$\frac{1}{2}$*base*height

Area of figure= area of rectangle + area of triangle

Area=length*width+$\frac{1}{2}$*base*height

Area=38*20 + $\frac{1}{2}$*33*9

Area=760+$\frac{1}{2}$*297

So we have, Area=760+$\frac{297}{2}$

Or, Area=760+148.5

Area=908.5

Area of the floor=908.5$ft^{2}$
