The figure is formed of a rectangle and a triangle

The rectangle has dimensions:length=38ft and width=20ft

The triangle has dimensions:base=33ft and height=9ft

Area of rectangle=length*width of rectangle

Area of triangle=\frac{1}{2}*base*height

Area of figure= area of rectangle + area of triangle

Area=length*width+\frac{1}{2}*base*height

Area=38*20 + \frac{1}{2}*33*9

Area=760+\frac{1}{2}*297

So we have, Area=760+\frac{297}{2}

Or, Area=760+148.5

Area=908.5

Area of the floor=908.5ft^{2}
