One of the ways in which new theories of time and space were demonstrated in art was through the inclusion of a tremendous amount of movement. Movement was considered a modern and dynamic way to play with the boundaries of art. Moreover, this was considered to be particularly effective at highlighting the new understandings of reality and humanity.
