Governments apply a Minimum Wage policy on Businesses to ensure the employees working for the businesses do not get exploited and get paid fairly. The trade off here is that with the Minimum Wage law in effect the businesses would face an increase in labor costs, since they gotta pay them more than if there was no Minimum Wage law, and businesses would lose out on some profit due to this increase in labor costs. To reduce these costs businesses might let go of some employees, either by firing them or making them redundant (either way the employee is losing the job) and this increases the Unemployment Rate in the country which the government does not like, as one of the government’s aims is to keep the Unemployment Rate low in their country but with their Minimum Wage law in effect they keep the businesses in check to ensure they don’t exploit their workers but they end up increasing the Unemployment Rate due to Businesses trying to retain (get back) some of their lost profit (that they lost due to the government’s Minimum Wage law).

Stels [109]

Answer:

Vicarious learning

Explanation:

Vicarious learning is learning that is borrowed from an indirect source such as hearing or observation rather than direct, hands-on preparation or instruction. While growing up we want to school where we received direct instruction and classes for preparation for the subject. Also, we had a life outside where we learned a lot by observing things, by observing peers, siblings, friends' behavior. We watched them working their deeds and daily routine work and even we learn the physical activity without involving them in the activity directly. Vicarious is also known as observational or learning through modeling when it occurs without direct reinforcement or punishment of the behavior.

Explain the issues involved with an aging population.
andriy [413]

Answer: One of the biggest problems with the aging population is that there is less labor in society, which affects its development.

Explanation: A society that has a large number of elderly people can affect its workforce, which translates into problems in the economy since the elderly on several occasions can not work with the same speed and agility as a person in adulthood.

Another problem is the increase in health costs. It is common for people of advanced age to have complications related to their health, which translates into greater expense for society.
