Each group will submit a PowerPoint Presentation based on four different conflicts you have encountered. These conflicts can be

work related or personal conflicts. The presentation will consist of 5 slides from each group member and must have at least 1 academic reference for each slide. Neither textbooks nor Wikipedia can be used as references. The cover slide and reference slide do not constitute part of the five slides per group member. The presentation will follow APA format in a number 12 font, and will be due midnight Friday of week 8.

In this question, we cannot provide most of the answer, as it requires the use of Powerpoint and the personal experiences of each participant. However, we are able to talk about some of the personal conflicts and work conflicts that students might have faced in their lives. Some examples that you could use in your text are:

  • Having a different perspective from your parents.
  • Fighting with a friend over the best way to spend time together.
  • Fighting with your partner about emotional matters.
  • Believing that your boss is unfair in his/her requests to you.
  • Believing that your professors are unfair in their assessment of you.

In two or more complete sentences, identify the parent function, and describe the transformations that were applied to
pantera1 [17]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Transformed of the function has been given as,

f(x) = \sqrt{(2x+6)}+3

     = \sqrt{2}(\sqrt{x+3})+3

Parent function of this transformed function = \sqrt{x}

Vertical stretch = By a factor of \sqrt{2}

Horizontal shift = 3 units to the left

Vertical shift = 3 units up

Now we can summarize these transformations as,

1). Parent function g(x) = \sqrt{x} has been vertically stretched by a factor of \sqrt{2}

2). Followed by the translations of 3 units left and 3 units up.

Can someone please help me with business math
ale4655 [162]

Answer:

1721 $

1612.80

Step-by-step explanation:

Straight line depreciation means depreciation is the same spread over for all the years.  The spread over amount is nothing but total cost of equipment - salvage value.

Here we have

Cost of equipment(Purchase cost)   ...    18000

Shipping costs                                   ...        620

Installation costs                                ...        590

Total cost of equipment                    ...     19210

Less: salvage value at the end         ...        2000

Net cost of equipment for 10 years ...      17210

Depreciation per year = Net cost /number of years of life

= 17210/10 = 1721/-

Hence answer is 1721/- for all years and also hence for year 2.

--------------------

Peach tree has an average life of 12 years. First 3 years no benefit would arise, 4 to 8 would be peak and after that slowly decreasing.

Hence in 9th year there would be least value and least depreciation.

Hence answer is $1612.80
