Bled is a town in Slovenia; adjacent to Lake Bled. It became popular as a vacation spot and expansive villas due to its beautiful surrounding and water sports at the lake. The rich and the famous moved there.

The vacationers bring money to the resorts but also cause damages to the environment; especially around the lake. Their traffic creates air pollution, use of motor on the lake pollutes the water. Habitats for wild lives are destroyed to build expansive homes and hotels.

People who have a limited amount of food or resources tend to migrate, which can cause a increase of animal population. Humans are the leading cause of things like deforestation and extinction. Once humans leave, Bled will slowly regain it's natural resources, and animal populations will rise after resources become more common. Eventually resources will no longer be scarce.

It's 2016 and the weight of American corporate interests has come to the Missouri River, the Mother River. This time, instead of the Seventh Cavalry or the Indian police dispatched to assassinate Sitting Bull, it is Enbridge and Dakota Access Pipeline.

In mid-August, Standing Rock Tribal Chairman Dave Archambault II was arrested by state police, along with 27 others, for opposing the Dakota Access Pipeline. In the meantime, North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple called for more police support

Answer: Hierarchical  diffusion

Explanation:

Hierarchical diffusion describes a situation where information is first shared amongst certain people such as a group of connected individuals and then those ones spread it as well to others.

This is what happened here. President Obama's tweet was first seen by people who followed him and so were connected to him on Twitter and then as they retweeted it, more people saw it and retweeted it as well leading to the tweet being shared to millions.
