traigo una sombrilla.
Corre, que ya oigo la lluvia  
Cuando hace sol, 
salgo afuera a jugar.
Cuando hace viento,
me pongo un abrigo (Abrigo does not count in this line)
Ay! Cuanto frio.
Cuando esta nublado,
tengo ganas de dormir.

This is a very poor poem to be honest but it includes the weather expressions and ithas the 5 -go verbs you need
