Answer:James Habersham, and William Piercy believed that Christianity and slavery were compatible.

Both Habersham and Piercy believed David Margate's teachings to African American Christians was aligned with the prevailing view that slaves should endure their lot in life and not challenge slavery.

They claimed that Margate's experiences in England "make him think too highly of himself " and that his inflated pride as a black person "seems so great, that he can't bear to think of any of his own color being slaves."

Explanation:

What was alarming to Habersham and Piercy was the fact that Margate served as an example of how one could fare if they attempted to escape slavery, as "he has confessed that he was only a runaway slave himself."

Because of this fact he is not in support of slavery and he wanted slavery to be rebuked...

Answer:

1) Habersham and Piercy disconnected with David Margrett because he did not confine his preaching in America to spiritual matters, but instead was speaking out against the system of slavery itself, and offering himself as a “second Moses.”

2) Habersham, Piercy, whitefield and other whites had hoped that slavery would be legalized in America so that the black christians will be under their authority. They also expected that the black christians would remain in subjection to their authority and not attempt to use their faith to attack slavery.

The purpose of this model has been developed to aid health care managers in making more quality decisions, which ultimately determines the success of organizations. The DECIDE model is the acronym of 6 particular activities needed in the decision-making process: (1) D = define the problem, (2) E = establish the criteria, (3) C = consider all the alternatives, (4) I = identify the best alternative, (5) D = develop and implement a plan of action, and (6) E = evaluate and monitor the solution and feedback when necessary. The DECIDE model is intended as a resource for health care managers when applying the crucial components of decision making, and it enables managers to improve their decision-making skills, which leads to more effective decisions
