The </span>Battle of Okinawa<span> was the largest amphibious invasion of the Pacific campaign and the last major campaign of the Pacific </span>War<span>, which lasted from April 1 to June 22, 1945. After they realized how deadly the invasion would be for U.S troops they decided to use the Nukes.</span><span />
