How did the achievement of women's suffrage change society's opinion of women?
Gnoma [55]

First, let's first talk about when women were granted suffrage.

On August 19th, 1920 - the 19th amendment granted women the right to vote. This ended over a century of protest with the 19th amendment to the U.S. constitution.

This changed society's opinion of women in many ways more than one. Women were now seen as more capable before. They were seen as stronger than ever before, and smarter.

Aimee Mullins,Ellen,"Aimee's true ""disability"" is when people treat her or label her as a disabled person. She competes at every level as a non-disabled person. The greatest disservice to Aimee, or anyone with her courage and self-confidence, would be to label or marginalize them based on our perceptions of their having a disability. Think about how it is with children growing up
