Answer: Connect structure and meaning to understand complete thoughts.

Explanation: Poets use the structure of their poems (meter, rhythm, rhyme scheme, grouping of lines into stanzas, deliberate repetitions, etc.) to emphasize certain words, images and ideas, strengthening the meaning they are trying to convey and to contribute to the overall tone of their work.

I need a descriptive essay with the topic “a stormy night” extremely urgent!!!!!!
myrzilka [38]
Not so long ago, there was a night when even the crickets were still. The sky was an ominous grey as the stars came out from their hiding places. Most filled the air with their radiance. Others slowly faded into view, like a shy kitten. But even before the dimmest of stars could come into view, thunderous clouds rolled in, abrupt to the beginning of the glorious eve. A brisk wind swept the land, arousing a sound from the serene night. The storm descended upon the land from above, threatening all in its wake.

Here’s a first paragraph, good luck!

Which word best describes the author's tone in this excerpt from "That Spot" by Jack London?
AveGali [126]
Based on the question above, the best answer for this question would be:

C. Indignant

In the excerpt, it is shown that the character has a feeling of bitterness in himself and through his friend, because he thought he knew him wholly; which led his anger and frustration of the thought that his friend was not really what he would expect.
