Just put in 15 minutes to 1 hour of extra work a day, in Language, Science, Math, take breaks in between if you can't concentrate long periods of time.
Figure out what kind of learner you are. I am a visual learner, so I prefer seeing things done in front of me. It is easier to remember information if it is shown to me through graphs, pictures, and drawings
