Skin cell serves a completely different purpose. Muscle cells have large amount of mitochondria in them and are energy rich to perform functions that require movement. They are more durable than epithelial cells. Epithelial cells (skin cells) are quickly shed, quickly replaced, lack mitochondria and are mass produced by the body.

Intermolecular forces between particles are
WITCHER [35]

Explanation:

Intermolecular forces hold multiple molecules together and determine many of a substance's properties. All of the attractive forces between neutral atoms and molecules are known as van der Waals forces, although they are usually referred to more informally as intermolecular attraction.

Intermolecular forces are the forces of attraction or repulsion which act between neighboring particles (atoms, molecules, or ions ). These forces are weak compared to the intramolecular forces, such as the covalent or ionic bonds between atoms in a molecule.

2. In the decomposition of potassium chlorate (KCIO3), 80.5 g of O2 form. How many grams of potassium
swat32

Answer:

Keep it simple. If all the oxygen contained in the 200 grams of potassium chlorate is produced in the decomposition, then all we have to do is find out how many grams of oxygen are there in the 200 grams. This we can do by calculating the ratio of oxygen mass to the whole. Using 39.1 for potassium, 35.45 for chlorine and 3 times 16, or 48 for the oxygen, we get a total of 122.55 grams per mole for potassium chlorate, of which 48 grams are oxygen. This ratio is 48/122.55. This ratio times the original 200 grams of the compound, gives us 78.34 grams of oxygen produced.Explanation:

Given the net ion equationBa2+ + SO2−> BaSO4 ,how many grams of barium chloride must be present to react with 200grams of iro
Viefleur [7K]

Answer:

There must be present 312 g of barium chloride. (option d)

Explanation:

Ba⁺² + SO4⁻² → BaSO4

BaCl2 → Ba⁺² + 2Cl⁻

Fe2(SO4)3 → 2Fe⁺³ + 3SO4⁻²

Molar mass Fe2(SO4)3 = 400 g/m

Mass / Molar mass = Moles

200g /400 g/m = 0.5 moles

If one mol of Iron(III) sulfate dissociates in 3 moles of sulfate,

how many moles of sulfate do i have, from 0.5 moles of Iron (III) sulfate.

1 mol Fe2(SO4)3 ____ 3 moles of SO4⁻²

0.5 mol Fe2(SO4)3 ____ (0.5 . 3) /1 = 1.5 moles

Then 1 mole of sulfate anion will react with one mole of barium cation, which in turn comes from one mole of barium chloride, then 1.5 moles of sulfate anion, react with 1.5 moles of barium cation, which come from 1.5 moles of chloride. The ratio is always 1 to 1.

As we have the moles of barium chloride, let's find out the mass, with the molar weight.

Moles . molar weight = mass

1.5 moles . 208g/m = 312 g
