A pandemic is basically a plague that spreads out in more than one/two continents. It can spread all around the globe if the circumstances are the perfect ones so the virus/bacteria can survive.

A pandemic is an epidemic that has spread

to multiple regions or multiple countries.

An epidemic is similar but it's more vocalized

but a pandemic is more worldwide like Corona Virus.
