In order to free up jobs for men, women were forced out of work and into their kitchens, by the same managers who had previously begged them to help out.
A survey conducted by the end of the war suggested that between 61 and 85 percent of women wanted to remain in their jobs after the war ended. By 1948 women in the U.S. workforce had dropped to 32.7 percent.
It had a very positive impact because the 1920's was when many new technologies were introduced, one example being the the assembly line, which made many industries more productive and profitable.

When the Spanish arrived in America the illnesses they carried with them were things they had already experienced therefore they had adapted to be immune. The Natives had not been exposed to these illnesses though so they were impacted by them greatly. The land the Spanish took in their mining trips was taken forcefully. Since the Spanish were taking so much land the Natives were losing land and therefore also losing the natural resources they needed to survive.
