By the time the U.S. reached the west coast, <u>Russia </u>had already colonized the Alaska through their territories in far-east Asia, that gave them a natural claim upon the west coast, but it was very distant from the developed part of Russia and Alaska was difficult to settle, so the U.S. bought the Alaska territories from them in 1867.

He was able to manipulate them and change their minds about the jews and other stuff. It was a lead to world abomination and needed to have the support the people. To have this situation he was able to make deals and make or give money away. He would also use things to make others look bad instead of himself. It was going to be the "perfect generation " for them.
