'Unenumerated Rights' are the ones that are not specifically mentioned in the Constitution.

Answer: Option D

Explanation:

The Constitution tries to dispense details about the rights and duties that are primarily important in the functioning of the nation. But certain rights that are allowed to be exercised by the citizens are not clearly mentioned in the Constitution.

Such rights find other specifically mentioned rights to be their support and are called 'unenumerated' rights. These rights are a valid and reasonable derivation of the existing rights and are closely related to the ones mentioned in the Constitution as the principles behind the enumerated and the unenumerated rights are the same.
