There are lots of physical development in your early 20's.

But some of the most noticeable ones include but are not limited to:

  • Large Increase in Hair around the Chest, Armpits, and in the Face.

  • You may notice that exercise routines that kept you in shape when you were still maturing, no longer maintain your body healthy.

  • You will notice a decrease in stamina and energy, an Increase in stress.

<em>No worries though this is a completely normal body development.</em>

Exercise more:

You might want to start exercising more then you used to, this is because your body will burn less fat then when you were 17.

Take some time for yourself and relax:

On the weekends go out and enjoy yourself. This will make the stress much easier to cope with.
