More than sympathy, compassion is an action.

Compassion is an act of kindness and understanding and consideration. It comes from having sympathy which is an emotion, for another living creature, and then acting upon how you feel. Compassion is to put yourself in someone else's position in life and try to understand how they are feeling and then actively doing something that can help them.

Honestly he does not need all this. Instead of buying expensive workout equiptment.. get a membership at a gym and instead of buying all that fancy food just go to your local store and buy fresh produce. In my opinion it is the cheapest and really affective way to do it.

Which food provides the body with energy in the form of carbohydrates?
Lana71 [14]
Carbohydrates are one of three macronutrients in your diet -- the others are protein and fat. Carbohydrates are converted to glucose as the primary source of energy for your body. Despite the bad reputation carbs have received, most of them are actually good for you, including fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains, which provide your body with essential vitamins, minerals and fiber. On the other hand, sweetened beverages, desserts and foods with added sugar contain carbohydrates, but they offer little nutritional benefit and should be consumed sparingly.
So the answer would be Whole Grains
Hope this helped and if it did please put a Thanks and Rate

How might increasing temperature affect the rate of a chemical reaction?
Lera25 [3.4K]

Answer:

A general rule of thumb for most (not all) chemical reactions is that the rate at which the reaction proceeds will approximately double for each 10°C increase in temperature.

Explanation:

Temperature is a measure of the kinetic energy of a system, so higher temperature implies higher average kinetic energy of molecules and more collisions per unit time.

A 1/4 inch steak takes 3 min to grill on each side. What should you allow for a 1/2 inch thick steak?
ser-zykov [4K]

Answer:

6 minutes

Explanation:

1/4 is doubled equals 1/2, therefore the amount of time would too. 3 times 2 is 6.

Another way to do it is dividing a quarter by three which is one twelfths. 1/12 per minute is the ratio, so you could add until you get 6 minutes.
