The charging of the formyl tRNA methionine requires modification before acting as a start codon. The formyl tRNA methionine uses the enzyme to remove the formyl group. This tRNA is generally present in case of the inititation of translation in bacteria.

The charging of a tRNAMet

The charging tRNAMet charging is same that occur in the initiation of translation of eukaryotes. No modification is required in the charging of the  tRNAMet.
