Answer:

The correct answer will be- newly synthesized polypeptide

Explanation:

The process of translation or the synthesis of proteins takes place in the ribosomes which provide a site for the synthesis of polypeptides.  The ribosomes are made up of two subunits: small and large subunits which provides slots namely A, P and E sites.

The tRNA brings specific amino acid corresponding to the codon of the mRNA and during elongation, the tRNA molecule moves from A site to P site to E site.

The component which exits the exit tunnel is the formed polypeptide chain which exits from the E or exit site.

Thus, the newly synthesized polypeptide is the correct answer.

Fossil fuels have been used for years as a source
VMariaS [17]

The best answer is (1)

Fossil fuels are commercially available as an energy source.

They are very easy to find. More and more extractions of fossil fuels is going on everyday. With advancement in science and  technology, the refineries and extraction procedures have improved a lot. This makes their availability even better.

Fossil fuels are also easily combustible. Most combustion engines need to be powered with little amount of fuel to produce large amount of energy. Very large amounts of electricity can be  generated  from fossil fuels.

A cell that consists of a 65% salt concentration is placed in a solution with a 27% salt concentration. What will happen to this
zzz [600]

Answer:

The correct answer would be - the cell will get water and expand.

Explanation:

If a cell with a higher salt concentration is placed ins a low salt concentration solution then the water will move through the cell membrane into the cell and the cell will swell or expand.

Water always moves from a low solute concentration to a high concentration area, therefore, if the cell has more salt concentration than outside the cell water move inside the cell which leads to an increase in the water concentration inside the cell and expands its size.
