She would be able to update her website 7 times in one month and stay within her monthly budget of $100.00.

You subtract $50.00 from the $100.00 each month which would leave you with $50.00.
Then you multiply 6.50 by 7 which gives you 45.5.
$50.00 + $45.50 = $95.5 
There isn't enough money left to spend another $6.50 so the answer is 7.
