Answer:

C. -∞ < x < ∞

Step-by-step explanation:

Domain is the set of x-values that can be inputted into function f(x).

We see that our x-values can be any number. Therefore, we have all real numbers as our domain:

(-∞, ∞) or -∞ < x < ∞

Which best describes the solution to 4 – 7? Because –4 + (–7) is an equivalent expression, the answer is –11. Because 4 + (–7) i
ANTONII [103]
The answer to your question would be: Because 4 + (-7) is an equivalent expression, your answer is -3. The reason for this can be described using integers. So lets say you have $4. You owe your brother $7. Since you don't have enough to pay him, you can pay him all your money, but you still have to pay him $3 more. This means technically your balance is $-3, cause if he needs the money, the second you get it he will ask for it. Sorry if this isn't too great of an example, not sure what else I could think of. Pretty much remember when subtracting a number, you can add the negative of the number, because that is the same thing. Hope this helps. Please rate, leave a thanks, and mark a brainliest answer (Not necessarily mine). Thanks, it really helps! :D

Step-by-step explanation:

20 students is -2 standard deviations away from the mean

35 is +3 standard deviations away from the mean

100 - 2.4 = 97.6

(2.4 is amount of data we are not using)

please refer to the standard deviation graph attached :)

If angle a has the terminal ray that falls in the fourth quadrant and cosine a equals 5/9 then determine the value of sin a in s
Tema [17]

Answer: -\dfrac{2\sqrt{14}}{9}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

\cos a=\dfrac{5}{9}

a lies in the fourth quadrant

So, sine must be negative in the fourth quadrant

Using identity \sin ^2 x+\cos^2 x=1 to find sine value

\Rightarrow \sin^2 a=1-\dfrac{5^2}{9^2}

\\\\\Rightarrow \sin^2 a=1-\dfrac{25}{81}\\\\\\\Rightarrow \sin^2 a=\dfrac{56}{81}\\\\\\\Rightarrow \sin a=-\sqrt{\dfrac{56}{81}}\\\\\\\Rightarrow \sin a=-\dfrac{2\sqrt{14}}{9}
