Answer: Quantity supplied will be lower.

There'll be a shortage in the market.

Explanation:

The supply of a good or service had to do with the amount of that good that customers or consumers will buy from the person selling the good at a certain price and time.

In this case, since the equilibrium price is $1.40 and the price of gasoline is $1.00, this means that there'll be an increase in the quantity demanded but suppliers will supply less due to the fall in price. Since quantity supplied will be lower than quantity demanded, there'll be a shortage in the market.

Why do you think Battuta recorded this description of Mogadishu in his travels?
VMariaS [17]

In Ibn e Batuta's time, Mogadishu was extremely prosperous.

Explanation:

Ibn e Batuta described Mogadishu as a large prosperous city and then went on to describe in great detail its governance and administration. It was a rather new development in Mogadishu which he failed to record as he found himself less in higher up circles than he would have wished.

Still Batuta saw Mogadishu at its very prosperous under the peaceful rule of their Sheikh in the 14th century.

"Adam was amazed at his ability to lie, the way his mind had been quick to invent a new set of circumstances for himself and his
Anvisha [2.4K]

Answer:

It is not always necessary to lie.

Explanation:

Lying is not "always" a necessity. Most times, people tell lies to get away from a situation: to deny allegations, to escape punishment or even to escape from shame of the moments. people that lie, if properly investigated, have something they are hiding or they usually have a bad situation (although not always) they want to get away from. This is why people lie. More so, some people also lie to cover their excesses or to gain advantage over a situation. This is the reason why when a person lies, he or she has broken the trust put in him or her by friends, family, colleagues and even bosses. So can we now say that, it is justifiable to break the heart of our loved ones because lie is a necessity? No! When a person is caught lying, trust goes out the window in most cases, and it has to be rebuilt again, all in the name of lie necessary.

From the situations stated above, it can therefore be concluded that, lying is not necessary if people are willing to face the consequence of their actions or if they can stand the shame of their actions also.
