In the year 1829, technology was first characterized by Jacob Bigelow in as standards, procedures, and classifications of the more conspicuous expressions, especially those which include uses of science, and which might be viewed as valuable, by advancing the advantage of society, together with the emolument of the individuals who seek after them.
The purest form of technology is the evolution and use of essential instruments. The ancient discovery of fire and the Neolithic Revolution expanded the convenient sources of food, and the discovery of the wheel also supported humans to progress and control their environment.
Another major development including the telephone, the Internet, the printing press has reduced physical obstacles to communication and enabled humans to communicate freely on a global scale.
