My anxiety has increased and i can not speak to people normally as i used to. Most teens depression has also increased during the corona lock down, they need to be outside with friends in order to not keep that in mind as much. As a person who once has a struggled with that being locked in a home with ur own thoughts sometimes wins over ur mind and the next thing before you know it you can’t control it.
