Answer:

Geneva convention/Laws of war

Explanation:

WW1 Didn't really have any rules when it came to war thus there were cruel weapons and tactics used causing many deaths on both sides of the war but in modern times there are many things that change the way you have to fight, such as ROE(Rules of Engagement) and certain ammo types must be used because the collateral damage they have is lessened compared to other rounds. Also technology has changed a lot since then, body armor, armored vehicles, and advancement in weapon technology making engagement distances far greater.

Vlad1618 [11]

Answer:

English philosopher

Explanation:

Both John Locke and Thomas Hobbes are very well-known english philosphers for their massive contribution to the field of english philosophy and related fields such as political philosophy as well. Both are also fairly known for their contribution in English Enlightment or widely known as just Enlightment.

Both shared common world views and some extreme views unfit for current times but were substantially great for their times.

Hobbes believed that being selfish and bad is people's nature so need for absolute monarch or authority is a must as it will keep people's behavior in check and establish societal peace and prosperity.

Locke had similar perspectives on nature of people and is well known for his ideas about rebellion and government's role. He viewed government as this entity which is in place to protect people's rights so if government doesn't do that people have right to overthrow it and make a new one.

What would sundiata and mansa musa have in common?
vredina [299]

Answer:

C. Both ruled over the Mali empire in Africa.

Explanation:

Sundiata Keita was the prince of the Keita Dynasty, who founded the Mali Empire after defeating the Soso army at the Battle of Krina in 1234. This west African leader would also be known as the Lion King, and his heroic acts made into an epic poem "The Epic of Sundiata".

Mansa Musa was the great nephew of Sundiata Keita who would become the ruler of the Mali Empire. Musa was the deputy of king Abubakari Keita II, and after his death, the customary tradition of making the deputy heir to the throne led Musa to become the king.

Thus, the correct answer is option C.
