Yes, and no Gatorade was made to replenish the combination of water, carbohydrates, and electrolytes that the school's student-athletes lost in sweat during rigorous sport activities. But if you are drinking it as a common drink like you would tea or soda, then no it wasn't made to just be drank. Unless you are doing things and losing sweat.

Answer:

The fact that this earthquake occurred in the ocean may be one reason it has caused less damage than the earthquake in Haiti, which occurred on land. Offshore earthquakes generate less ground shaking than onshore earthquakes because the intensity of ground shaking diminishes with distance.

What is considered to be the most well-known labor union?
Colt1911 [192]

The most well-known labor union is thought to be the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

Work or labor is deliberate action people conduct to sustain themselves, others, or the needs and goals of a broader community. Alternatively, work may be considered as the human activity that contributes together with other forces of production towards the commodities and services inside an economy.

Labor is essential to all societies, but it can vary greatly within and between them, from manually gathering natural resources to using sophisticated technologies that eliminate the need for many people to exert physical or even mental effort. All but the simplest tasks also call for a particular set of abilities, tools, and other resources like raw materials for production of goods.

Studies in which researchers test and compare people of various ages at one point in time are known as _____ studies.
Leokris [45]

Cross sectional studies is the correct answer.

Cross-sectional research is used to examine participants' behaviors of different ages at one point in time. These studies are useful for a variety of reasons: data collection can be proceeded rapidly, the cost is a lot lower than a logitudinal research since there is no need to keep contact and follow-up with participants as time passes, and because of that practice effects are not a problem. On the other hand, the principal limitation of this research is that the results produce information regarding age-related change, instead of development per se.
