Yes, and no Gatorade was made to replenish the combination of water, carbohydrates, and electrolytes that the school's student-athletes lost in sweat during rigorous sport activities. But if you are drinking it as a common drink like you would tea or soda, then no it wasn't made to just be drank. Unless you are doing things and losing sweat.
