Julia will never forget the time when she found a handbag on the bus it was the worst day of her life and it all started on her birthday she was planning to go take a bus to her friends house when she found a handbag on the bus inside was one million dollars she didn’t think anybody would notice if it was gone so she took it after coming back from her friends house she saw a missing sign of the handbag she panicked so she ran on the bus the police were very because that very handbag was supposed to help them with a serious ransom case the police stopped the bus at this point Julia was dead silent as the police stepped on to the bus Julia quickly tried to spring to the back of the bus when a cop suddenly stopped her in her tracks “ ma’am your gonna have to come with me” said the officer they to a trip to the police station “do you know why you are here” said the police “no” said Julia, they had a report about a young girl with that same exact handbag you have in your hands there was actually a reward for this so now you don’t get an award and you get to spend the next five years in prison do you really want that Ms. Julia Martinez “ no” said Julia faintly to bad you should’ve thought about that never take anything that belongs to you because it might just be way more important then what you want to do with now someone could be dead just because of your selfish actions but you know what you deserve to spend five years in prison so happy birthday Julia Martinez

Julia will never forget the time when she found a handbag on the bus. 3 months ago,Julia found a hand gun in the purse, but she wasn’t going to anything with it, but before she could return it, someone saw and reported her and called the police. They police claimed she put the gun in the purse and also she was 16 so she was to young to own a gun. Julia tells the police the whole story from her point of view. Somehow the police believe her and she solved an important crime they have been working on for 2 months. Before she knew it Julia won a medal. Idk if this is good. Hope this helped!

Which line from "The Medicine Bag" contains dialogue?
alexandr1967 [171]

Answer:

The line from "The Medicine Bag" that contains dialogue is:

D. "You found the money in my boots?" he asked Mom.

Explanation:

"The Medicine Bag" is a short story by author Virginia Driving Hawk Sneve in which the theme concerns heritage and culture.

Every option given contains something that was said by someone. However, in options A through C, we do not have it in the form of a dialogue. Those options are reporting what was said. Notice that none of them uses quotation marks. Option D, on the other hand, is written in the form of a dialogue. It has quotation marks to separate the narrator's words from the character's words. For that reason, letter D is the best option.

What is the theme of Sonnet 73?
White raven [17]
The theme of William Shakespeare's Sonnet 73 is the importance of the friend of the poet's loving him more strongly because of the temporal state of life. Calling attention to his aging in order to convince his lover of the urgency of full affection, the poet uses images such as "yellow leaves" and "twilight."

David constantly notices the cigarette butts littering the sidewalks on campus around the "No Smoking" signs. David cannot ignor
Oxana [17]

Answer:

- Yes, because it is a topic that he has a strong interest in.

Explanation:

The 'enforcement of the smoking policy' would surely be a great topic for David to present as a persuasive speech as he seems quite interested in sharing his views and concern regarding the 'littering of cigarette butts on the places' and 'administration impotency to reinforce smoking ban'. His strong views and concern would help convince the audience as well as the authorities to execute the smoking policy logically and effectively in order to make people value the 'no smoking signs' and 'not littering around everywhere with those(cigarette butts)'. Thus, it would be a good topic for him.
