Colombia is a country in South America. It is one of the two countries that occupies the northern part of the continent. Colombia is on the western (left on the map) half of the northern part of the continent. It is a country that comes out on both, the Caribbean Sea, and the Pacific Ocean. On its northeastern part it has a border with the country of Panama, on its eastern side with Venezuela, Brazil on the southeast, Peru on the south, and Ecuador on the southwest.
