Answer:

Read the criteria. Read the passage. Evaluate the passage. Identify the score.

Explanation:

In order to use a rubric to evaluate an assignment, it is necessary to identify what the passage should contain, that is why the first step is to identify the criteria. Afterward, you need to read the passage in order to compare it with the criteria and then evaluate the passage in parts to finally identify the score.

Each one of the following sentences contains a clause. In which sentence is the clause used as an adverb?
Softa [21]
The correct option is option “C”. “I do not mind fishing, as long as I don’t have to bait the hook” is the sentence in which the clause is used as an adverb. The options “A” and “D” cannot be the right answer since in both the cases the clause is modifying the subject and thus makes it an adjective. So these two options are obviously ruled out. In case of option “B” the clause is acting as a noun and so this option also gets cancelled out.

Multiple new sources have printed stories about secret government programs. Why do some people see the papers’ actions as patrio
Ilya [14]

Answer: People may view these actions as patriotic because the papers’ are putting things that the government have been dishonest about into question. This may also be viewed as patriotic, becuse it is putting these programs out into the open, so that the public is aware of the things that the government may have been trying to hide. Others may veiw these actions as wrong because they may think that the govenment has a right to hide certain things. Some may think that the publishers should be tried under the Espionage Act because they may veiw the story as being disloyal to the government, as well as invading the governments privacy.
