The First thing i would do is return it to the store. Another thing i would do is tell him to be careful next time.... then punch him in the face lol.... just kidding.

He should have done one of two things
1. He could wait a little after taking the pills
Or 2. He didn’t take the right dose of lactaid therefore he did not get the results he wanted
