Let x be the original price.

Christa buys at 45% of the price
⇒ 0.45x

The price increase by 150%
⇒1.5 x 0.45x + 0.45x
⇒1.125x

1.125x = 112.5% of x

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Answer: The new sales price is 112.5% of the original price.

New price = old price + 150 of old price = 45 + (150/100 X45)= 45 + 67.5 = 107.5

Yuma needs a singer. Singer A is offering her services for an initial $50 in addition to $20 per hour. Singer B is offering his
hoa [83]
Initial charge charged by the Singer A = $50
Hourly charge of Singer A = $20
Initial amount charged by Singer B = $100
Hourly rate charged by Singer B = $10
Let us assume the time after which both singers will charge the smae amount of money = x
Then
50 + 20x = 100 + 10x
20x -10x = 100 - 50
10x = 50
x = 50/10
 = 5
So after 5 hours both Singer A and Singer B will charge the same amount of money. I hope the procedure is clear to you and you can attempt such problems in future without needing any kind of help.

Gekata [30.6K]

Answer:

X > - 2

Step-by-step explanation:

Subtract twelve from both sides

12( - 2x < 16

- 12. -12

-2x < 4

Divide both sides by -2 to undo the multiplicstion between -2 and x

-2x < 4

÷ -2 ÷ -2

x > -2

(when you Divide both sides of an inequality by a negative number you switch the sign to the opposite)

Iteru [2.4K]
Okay so it’s pretty simple , basically it would be an arithmetic sequence if the constant number stays the same so in this case it would be

B - second one

E - fifth one

F sixth one

or it’d be the 2nd , 5th and 6th
