Body mass index is the most commonly used simple measure of obesity.

BMI because it calculates all factors of someone’s “mass” together. Simply weight doesn’t mean anything because height always varies. Heart rate isn’t a perfect indicator of obesity. Caloric intake varies based on metabolism and activity levels. Therefore BMI is the best answer
