Unfriendly and intimidating behavior is what causes a person or people with the so-called common sensibility to feel frightened. Such behavior causes people to fear injuries or damage, but may also cause a feeling of discomfort, vulnerability, or simply fear of facing someone stronger and more superior. When it comes to such behavior in the work environment, it affects the physical, emotional and mental capabilities and can reduce the work efficiency of individuals but the whole unit. Such behavior does not necessarily involve physical assaults or terror, which would be aggressive behavior. Unfriendly and intimidate behavior is based on a hostile appearance and attitude and it is called hostile behavior.
