Answer: The Union anaconda plan called for a naval blockade of the confederate littoral, a thrust down the Mississippi and the strangulation of the south by union land and naval forces.

Anaconda plan is a military strategy proposed by union general Winfield Scott early in the American war. The four part of the anaconda plan was adopted in 1862, the parts include blockade the coast, of the south to prevent the export of cotton , tobacco, and other cash crops from the south and to keep them from importing much needed war supplies, divide the south by controlling the Mississippi River to cut the south off from the west, the strategy which actually proved successful.

We can live out the constitution, by doing everything the constitution says we can (in necessary boundaries however) and too keep other people from tanking away your ability to live under it (however do not break any set laws that, for example, stealing or something)

Sent in the National Guard--Hoover reacted to the Bonus Army by sending the National Guard out to remove them from the property and sent them home.

The Bonus Army were a group of WWI veterans who were owed a bonus from fighting the war. Due to the conditions of the depression, the Bonus Army came to Washington DC and demanded their bonuses early. Hoover sent the National Guard out to break up the protest and send them home. Hoover was seen as cold and was criticized for the action.
