Why were the buffalo so important to the Plains Indians and what happened to the Indians of the Great Plains after the extinctio
Doss [256]

Every part of the buffalo was used to supply the needs of the Native Americans.

Buffalo provided the people's main food - buffalo liver, brain and nose gristle were a treat, eaten raw.

Dried buffalo meat, called pemmican, provided food to eat through the winter.

Buffalo bones provided marrow to eat.

Buffalo bones were also carved to make knives, and boiled to make glue.

Buffalo skin could be used to make tipis, clothes, moccasins, bedding, parflèches, saddle covers and water-bags.

Dried buffalo dung provided fuel for fires.

Buffalo horns and hooves were made into cups.

Buffalo sinews were used as bowstrings and thread.

Buffalo fat was used as soap.

The rough tongue of a buffalo could be used as a hairbrush.

The tail of a buffalo could be used as a fly-swat.

Assessment: Introductory Paragraph & Thesis
dezoksy [38]
I think that This is correct, the very reason for English settlers coming to U.S is haphazard. They came here in search for religious freedom from the British crown, and forced there way onto America. From then on they have used the land, gotten sick and died, searched for treasure destroyed the land and fought with Indians. The situations that brought them to settle in America and their dissensions afterwords set the building blocks for an extremely haphazard way of life. They killed many Indians made treaties and broke them, mined the earth for oil and made war with Brittan 2 times. Also their greed for money and industrialization was also out of control. All in all the settlements of early America, was forced due to oppression and was never gilded into a thoughtful manner.

All this needs is specific detail which i can't do since i don't have your book or curriculum.

tangare [24]
It's mostly because the materials used when building the Pyramids of Egypt were stone, whereas the materials used during the building of the Ziggurats of Mesopotamia were mud bricks.
